We are a team of engineers, consultants, analysts, and innovators, each bringing a different background, a different way of thinking, and a different set of experiences to the table. What unites us is a shared commitment to pursuing challenges that matter and delivering work that makes a real difference.
If you are exceptional at what you do and driven by more than the ordinary, we want to hear from you.
We invest in our people because we know that great outcomes start with great talent. Here is what you can expect when you join our team.
We trust our people to do their best work wherever they are most productive. NRI Indonesia offers a fully remote work arrangement, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere, without compromising the quality of what we deliver together.
At NRI Indonesia, you work on real AI projects, not proofs of concept, but live implementations that are changing how industries operate. This is where cutting-edge meets meaningful, and where your expertise in AI translates into tangible impact for clients.
NRI Indonesia is part of Nomura Research Institute, one of Japan's most respected IT and consulting firms, with over five decades of history. That heritage shapes how we work: with discipline, thoroughness, and an unwavering commitment to quality in everything we deliver.
NRI Indonesia works closely with NRI Group offices around the world, including our headquarters in Japan. High-performing team members have the opportunity to join international projects and work on-site at global NRI offices, including Japan, for the duration of their engagement.
The best way to understand our culture is through the people who live it every day.
"There are lots of opportunities to work together with overseas NRI Group companies. With their vast experience and our expertise, we actively collaborate to create the best solution."
We are actively looking for talented individuals across a range of disciplines. Whether you are just starting out or bringing years of expertise, we would love to hear from you.
